The longevity platform
Living well, not just longer
The trusted longevity platform for insurers, health plans, banks, employers, and public agencies, built on the five things that decide a long life: health, money, work, connection, and purpose.
Coach · planning estimate, not advice
The problem
Multiple specialists. Neither one looks at the whole life.
A person turning fifty has a doctor for the body and a bank for the money. Career coach looks at your next decade of work.Who provides care. Whether the home still works at eighty. Whether work continues by choice. Whether there is anyone left to call.
Those are the parts that decide how a long life actually goes, and every one of them carries a cost.

How we score readiness
Eight domains, one life
A long life is only as strong as its weakest link. We assess readiness using the Longevity Preparedness Index, which reads a person across eight connected domains and treats them as one system.
Mei is in reasonable shape, with one gap that changes everything.
Her strongest area is social connection. The area with the most room is care: there is no plan for who would provide it, and nothing funding it. That single gap pulls down the whole picture, and it is the cheapest decade to close it.
Illustrative example, scored on the eight domains of the Longevity Preparedness Index. Planning estimates only.
The Longevity Preparedness Index was developed in collaboration with the MIT AgeLab and funded by John Hancock. LifeForward uses the eight-domain framework as its assessment layer, and is not affiliated with John Hancock or the MIT AgeLab. Read about the index.

For advisors
Every decade
The same engine, entered at different moments
Readiness means something different at forty-five than it does at seventy-five. The plan moves with the person.

The roadmap
Readiness becomes a pathway, sequenced by decade
Knowing where you stand is half the answer. The other half is knowing what to do next without being overwhelmed. Nobody is asked to do everything at once.
The whole journey on one path, from now through your nineties. Each part of your plan sits in the decade where it matters most, and the map updates as life does.
Put protections in place and build strong habits while everything still feels good.
Turn savings into income, and ease into a new rhythm.
Stay active, independent, and well connected.
Lean on the plans you made, and stay close to people.
Comfort, and passing on what matters most.
The map starts in the member's own decade and re-sequences as their score moves.
Who we build for
Anyone in an organisation who owns a long relationship.
The engine is the same everywhere. What changes is the brand on it, the products it points to, and the local schemes it plugs into.
Life and long-term care insurers
Give policyholders a reason to engage between the sale and the claim. Care and finance gaps become real conversations, not cold calls.
Health insurers and plans
Move members on prevention, chronic condition management, and the behaviors behind quality scores.
Banks, wealth, and asset managers
Wealth planning that finally includes health, care, and purpose. The integration layer relationship managers never had.
Employers and benefits teams
Turn the benefits you already fund into things people use. Utilization you can measure, reported in aggregate.
Public agencies and health systems
Reach older adults who are hard to reach, in their own languages, with programs they will actually attend.
Membership and consumer brands
Pull separate offers into one connected experience, and hold the relationship for decades instead of a year.
Track record
Servicing millions of older adults to age wellin 3 countries
