This policy explains how LifeForward Pte Ltd collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal data, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (the PDPA).

1. About us

LifeForward Pte Ltd ("LifeForward", "we", "our", or "us") is a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN [Company UEN], registered address [Registered address, Singapore]). We provide an AI-native platform that helps working adults plan across health, money, work, connection, and purpose.

2. The data we collect

We collect personal data that you give us, and data generated as you use the service:

• Information you provide: your name, email and contact details, account credentials, and the answers you give in assessments, which may include information about your health, finances, work, and personal goals.
• Information from sources you connect: only with your consent, data from services you choose to link, such as health apps, wearables, or public and employer benefit programs.
• Technical information: device and browser details, IP address, and how you use the service, collected through cookies and similar tools.

Some of this information is sensitive, including health and financial data. We handle it with additional care and only for the purposes set out below.

3. How we use your data

• To build and maintain your Snapshot, your roadmap, and the guidance your coach provides.
• To operate, secure, personalize, and improve the service.
• To respond to you and send the updates you have asked for.
• To produce aggregated and de-identified insights for the employer or partner that sponsors your access. This never includes your individual personal data unless you have given consent.
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Consent and choice

We collect, use, and disclose personal data with your consent, or where the PDPA otherwise allows. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, although doing so may limit your ability to use parts of the service.

5. When we disclose data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:

• Service providers who host, process, analyze, or support the platform, under contracts that require them to protect it.
• AI service providers that help generate guidance, under agreements that restrict how they may use your data.
• Employer or partner sponsors, only as you direct or in aggregated, de-identified form.
• Authorities or other parties where required or permitted by law.

6. Transfers outside Singapore

Where we transfer personal data outside Singapore, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives protection comparable to the standard under the PDPA.

7. Protection and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes in this policy, or as required by law, after which we take steps to delete or anonymize it.

8. Your rights

Subject to the PDPA, you may ask us to access or correct your personal data, ask how it has been used or disclosed, or withdraw your consent. To make a request, contact our Data Protection Officer below.

9. Cookies

We use cookies for essential functions and to understand how the service is used. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings, although some features may not work as intended without them.

10. Children

The service is intended for working adults and is not directed at anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
