LifeForward Pte Ltd ("LifeForward", "we", "our", or "us") is incorporated in Singapore (UEN [Company UEN], registered address [Registered address, Singapore]). We provide an AI-native platform that helps adults plan across health, money, care, work, connection, and purpose.

The data we collect

Data you provide: your name, contact details, account credentials, and your assessment answers, which may include information about your health, finances, work, and personal goals.

Data from sources you connect: only with your consent, from services you choose to link, such as health apps, wearables, or public and employer benefit programs.

Technical data: device and browser details, IP address, and how you use the service, collected through cookies and similar tools.

Some of this is sensitive, including health and financial data. We handle it with additional care and only for the purposes below.

How we use it

To build and maintain your Snapshot, your roadmap, and the guidance your coach provides. To operate, secure, personalize, and improve the service. To respond to you and send updates you asked for. To produce aggregated and de-identified insights for the organization that sponsors your access, which never includes your individual personal data unless you have consented. To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Consent and choice

We collect, use, and disclose personal data with your consent, or where Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 otherwise allows. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us, although this may limit your ability to use parts of the service.

When we disclose data

We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with service providers who host, process, or support the platform under contracts that require them to protect it; with AI service providers under agreements that restrict how they may use it; and with an employer or partner sponsor, only as you have directed or in aggregate, de-identified form.

Protection and retention

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, and we keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires.

Your rights
