LifeForward is operated by LifeForward Pte Ltd, a company incorporated in Singapore (UEN [Company UEN]). In these terms, "LifeForward", "we", and "us" refer to LifeForward Pte Ltd, and "you" refers to the person using the service.
By creating an account, joining the early-access list, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use LifeForward.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
LifeForward is a guidance and education platform. It helps you understand your situation across health, money, work, connection, and purpose, and suggests next steps. The service is offered in early access and may change, and features may be added, paused, or removed as we develop it.

Please see our Disclaimer, and always consult an appropriate professional before making important decisions.
You agree not to misuse the service. In particular, you will not use it for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or copy, reverse engineer, or resell any part of it without our permission.
You keep ownership of the information you provide. You grant us a license to use it to operate and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We and our licensors own the platform, software, and content we provide, and nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.
The service may link to or work with third-party programs and tools, such as benefit schemes, government programs, and connected apps. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
Where fees apply, they will be made clear to you before you are charged. Access is often provided at no cost to you through an employer or partner. Early-access terms may differ from terms offered at general release.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any particular result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeForward is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for it.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, or if we need to for legal, security, or operational reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date, and your continued use of the service means you accept the changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.
