Our belief
Longevity is not a number. It is the whole of a longer life.
For a century, living longer was treated as two separate problems: a medical one and a savings one, each handled by a specialist who never spoke to the other. That model is breaking. People now live into their nineties, but more of those years go to managing illness, caring for parents, rethinking work, and looking for purpose.
The gap between how long we live and how well we live keeps widening. Closing it is the work.

The goal is not more years. It is more good years.
The whole picture
The dots no one connects
Most tools see one piece of a life. A good long life needs all of them, working together. LifeForward sits in the middle.
Five pillars organize the plan. The eight domains of the Longevity Preparedness Index score the readiness behind it.
What we hold to be true
Five things that shape everything we build
A long life is not one thing
It is health and money and care and connection and purpose, all at the same time. Strengthen one and you lift the others. Neglect one and it quietly undermines the rest.
Almost everyone plans these in isolation
And for community and purpose, the things that hold later life together, there is usually nobody to help at all.
Every action carries a number
A strength class, a caregiving plan, a home modification, two more years of work. Connecting a life decision to its financial consequence is what turns intention into a decision.
Prevention is a shared responsibility
No single institution can carry a decades-long risk alone. Public systems, employers, insurers, and individuals each hold part of it.
It has to be possible
Small steps someone can take this week, not a perfect plan they abandon next month.
How we deliver it
We are the connective layer, not the specialist
We do not try to be your doctor, your banker, and your lawyer. For each dimension of a long life we work with specialists and institutions, then weave their help into one plan that fits the person.
Health and longevity
Preventive health providers and clinicians focused on staying well, not only treating illness.
Money and security
Banks, planners, and retirement specialists, so savings last as long as the life does.
Care and legal
Care funding, wills, lasting power of attorney, and advance care planning.
Work, skills, and community
Learning partners, career support, and community organizations so nobody navigates a long life alone.
Partner categories describe the LifeForward model. Specific partners are established market by market, starting in Singapore.
Where it comes from
Built on a platform that has been doing this for years
LifeForward is built by GetSetUp, a digital platform for later life with operations in the United States, India, and Singapore. GetSetUp employs retired professionals, including teachers, financial experts, therapists, and fitness experts, to run classes and services for their peers. That peer-led model builds trust and a shared vocabulary, which is what gets people to engage in the first place.
Programming is grounded in work with the Stanford Center on Longevity and research from institutions including the MIT AgeLab.
Why we are building this

Neil Dsouza
Founder
LifeForward comes out of years spent at the intersection of insurers, governments, and older adults, building GetSetUp into a platform that reaches millions of members. The same pattern showed up in every market: the support people need already exists, and it goes unused, because nobody connects it to their actual life.
Neil serves on the advisory board of the World Economic Forum's UpLink program.
A hundred-year life should be something to look forward to. Our job is to make that possible for more than the few who can afford to hire a whole team.
Living well, not just longer.
If you serve people who will live longer than any generation before them, we should talk.
